How long does it take to recieve my order?

Most belts will ship in 4-6 business days.  We ship all orders US Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery.  You will receive an email notification once shipped with tracking information.  

What size should I order?

Please refer to our size guide page to select your ideal fit.

Can I return or exchange my belt?

Absolutely! Please contact us by submitting your return or exchange on our returns page within 14 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 24-48 hours via email. 

Please note- the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and arrangements.

Why does my letter say PREORDER, or why is my letter not available?

If you are not able to order your letter, or if your letter says PREORDER, it is currently sold out. If you see PREORDER, you can still place your order now, and we will ship your belt(s) as soon as possible. Please see the item description for estimated delivery time.

My letter belt is showing scratches, help?

Because we use a natural top grain leather, scratches and scuffs are organically going to happen as part of everyday use. To help preserve the leather you can buff with a shoe polish to help blend in the wear and restore luster. 


Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the US only.  We hope to add international shipping in the future.

Can I order a custom double letter buckle?

Yes, we can design and create a custom buckle for you.  There is a design & mold fee of $270, which includes one leather strap (black or camel), or you can get both leather strap colors and two buckles for $299.  Processing time varies, but usually will take 4-5 weeks to be ready to ship to you.  Please message us to order, or for more information.
